Triarii Group is a division of Triarii Metalworks, which is a combat knife company as well as provider of unique services to government entities, such as motion controls, circuitry, and specialty repair of firing range systems.
Triarii Group is dedicated to providing high level training to military and law enforcement professionals.
We are partnered with The Essex County Police Academy and utilize their training facility located in Cedar Grove, New Jersey.
Triarii Group also conducts testing and evaluation of up to date products in the tactical industry from affiliated companies.
We are here to offer turn-key training and risk management solutions for our customers most complex challenges.
Our Story
Triarii Group was founded by James R Lynch, a 27 year veteran of law enforcement in New Jersey.
Triarii Group designed a training philosophy based on the ever changing landscape of technology, humanity, and sociology.
We bring together the best in class of knowledge, resources, capabilities and people to create fully integrated training solutions for our customers.
Legal, moral and ethical behavior is the cornerstone of Triarii Group.
Meet The Owner
James R Lynch, owner of Triarii Metalworks and Triarii Group, holds a law enforcement background in the State of New Jersey that spans almost three decades.
James was a member of the swat community for the majority of his professional career, as well as swat school instructor, firearms instructor, sub-machine gun instructor, and assault rifle instructor, all of which are NJ State law enforcement certifications.
James is still an active police training commission (PTC) instructor with valid certifications that are kept to date yearly with the State of New Jersey, and still acts as an adjunct instructor at the Essex County Police Academy in NJ.
James owns multiple companies, that span back to while he was an active duty law enforcement officer.
As a retired officer, he has partnered Triarii Group with Essex County Police Academy to provide high level training to active law enforcement personnel and tactical units.
His other company, Triarii Metalworks, aside from manufacturing high end combat driven knives for the operational and Kali martial arts community, provides unique solutions for government firing ranges. This includes servicing and maintaining motion control systems, circuitry, steel work, drive system repair, and more.
